Yogi Announces Bhadohi District Will Be Renamed Sant Ravidas Nagar

Uttar Pradesh’s chief minister, Yogi Adityanath, announced a new name for Bhadohi district.

He said it will now be called Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi.

He made the announcement at a programme in Bhadohi on Sunday.

At the same event, he inaugurated some projects and began the process of building others.

There are 112 projects in total.

Together, they are worth more than Rs 1,340 crore.
