West Bengal reconstitutes regulatory panel, appoints Justice Bose as chief

The government chose a new leader for this group.

His name is Justice Biswajit Bose, and he used to be a judge.

That means he has a lot of experience with rules and making fair decisions.

The government also chose a helper for him, a senior officer named Moumita Godara Basu.
