Sainyam, Gaurav win 10m Air Pistol Trial 2 finals
Sainyam from Chandigarh and Gaurav Kumar from Uttar Pradesh won the women's and men's 10m Air Pistol Trial 2 finals, respectively.
Sainyam scored 243.1 points, which was 5.4 points more than the runner-up, Rhythm Sangwan.
In the men's category, Gaurav Kumar scored 245.5 points to win, with Yogesh Kumar finishing second.
The trials were held at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range as part of the National Selection Trials 1 & 2.
Other notable participants included Suruchi Singh, who topped the qualification round but finished eighth in the finals, and Olympic medallist Sarabjot Singh, who qualified in the top eight for the men's finals.
Sainyam from Chandigarh won the women's 10m Air Pistol Trial 2 finals with a score of 243.1.
