4 Minor Girls Missing After Independence Day Programme in Morena

On a big holiday in India called Independence Day, four schoolgirls went to a celebration in their village.

Three of the girls are relatives, and the fourth is their neighbour.

They said goodbye to their families and left for the programme.

But by the end of the day, they had not come home.

Their families got very worried and searched everywhere they could think of.

When they could not find the girls, they went to the police station for help.

The police wrote down the details and started a big search too.

Police have asked people who may have seen the girls to share information.

Even after more than a whole day, nobody has found them yet.

Everyone is hoping the girls will come home safe soon.
