Governor Sends Tamil Nadu Private Universities Bill To President
Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar sent one university-related Bill to the President.
The President must decide whether to approve it.
The Bill would make it easier to start private universities in Tamil Nadu.
Under the current rules, a university needs 100 acres of connected land.
