Nilesh M Desai, the Director of Space Applications Centre (SAC) in Ahmedabad, which is part of ISRO, spoke to students at a college in Vadodara.

He said that while everyone is excited about Artificial Intelligence (AI), quantum technology will actually change our lives the most.

Quantum technology can help stop cyber frauds by making transactions very secure.

This technology is still being developed and might take 20-25 years to be ready.

ISRO is working on it.

In the future, things like using ATMs or buying stocks could be done through special quantum channels that keep our information safe.
