In India, a big state called Uttar Pradesh has a special meeting place called the Assembly where leaders make new laws.

Recently, some leaders from a group called the Samajwadi Party were upset.

They wanted to talk about money that was reportedly missing from the Ram Mandir temple in Ayodhya.

Instead of talking calmly, they shouted loudly and stopped the meeting from working.

Because of this, the Assembly had to close a few days early.

Some new laws were passed, but nobody got to talk about them first.

The person in charge of the meeting, called the Speaker, felt very sad about what happened.

He said he might not want to be Speaker anymore.

Another leader said the noisy group was not following the rules of democracy.

The leaders will probably talk about this again another time.
