CJP alleges BJP pressure forced Delhi volunteers' meeting to park

A small political group in India called the Cockroach Janta Party, or CJP, wanted to hold a meeting with its volunteers in Delhi.

They needed an indoor hall, but many hall owners said no.

The party says the owners were scared because the BJP, a big political party, told them not to help.

One owner did agree to give them a hall, but the CJP says that person was threatened on Wednesday morning.

Instead of giving up, the group held its meeting in a nearby park.

The party's spokesperson, Ratna Singh, says some troublemakers came to the park and threatened them.

She also says the police watched but did nothing to help.

A leader named Dipke joked that people on Instagram were asking when the 'second season' of their protests at Jantar-Mantar would start.

These are claims made by the CJP, and we do not know yet if they are true.
