RVNL, MRF among over 300 firms reporting Q1 results Tuesday
Every few months, companies have to tell everyone how their business is doing, and this is called reporting results.
On Tuesday, more than 300 companies in India will share their results.
These results will show how the companies did from April to June.
Some of these companies make tires, like MRF.
Others build railways, like Rail Vikas Nigam.
Others make medicines or sell gold jewelry.
Reporting results at the same time is called earnings season.
The day before, the Indian stock market ended almost flat, with only tiny changes.
The Sensex went up just a little bit, and the Nifty 50 went up a small amount too.
Investors watch these results carefully to see how companies are performing.
More than 300 companies are scheduled to release their Q1 FY27 financial results on Tuesday, 11 August 2026.
Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL), MRF, Zydus Lifesciences, NBCC (India), Senco Gold and Manappuram Finance are among the companies reporting today.
The results cover the quarter ending 30 June 2026 and come amid the ongoing earnings season.
On Monday, the Sensex edged up 43.27 points, or 0.06%, to close at 78,542.44.
The Nifty 50 gained 13.15 points, or 0.05%, to settle at 24,583.80, below the 24,600 mark.
