Nitte University Enters Higher 2027 Global Ranking Band

Nitte University in Mangaluru received a better position in the 2027 Times Higher Education rankings.

It moved from the 1201–1500 group to the 1001–1200 group.

Universities are placed in groups rather than given one exact position in this part of the ranking.

Nitte said its progress came from work in teaching and research.

It also pointed to research quality, links with industry and connections with other countries.

The university said innovation and social responsibility were important too.

Leaders thanked teachers, staff, students, former students and outside partners.

Nitte said it will continue working toward stronger education and research.

It hopes this will lead to even greater recognition later.
