India, Brazil and South Africa Seek Unified Action Against Terrorism
India, Brazil and South Africa met in New York to discuss terrorism and international security.
They said terrorism should be rejected in every form.
They called for action against groups listed as terrorists by the United Nations, including Al-Qaeda, ISIS/Daesh, Lashkar-e-Tayyiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad.
They condemned the killing of civilians in the April 2025 Pahalgam attack.
The countries want nations to share intelligence and stop money from reaching terrorists.
They also warned that the internet can be misused to spread terrorist messages and recruit people.
At the same time, they said privacy and basic rights must be protected.
They urged countries involved in Middle East conflicts to protect civilians, avoid escalation and use dialogue and diplomacy.
