HIMTEX 2026 Confirms 350-Plus Exhibitors for Largest Edition Yet
Once every two years, a big show about factory machines happens in Hyderabad, India.
It is called HIMTEX, and this year will be the ninth time it is held.
More than 350 companies are bringing machines to the show.
Over 1,000 machines will be switched on so visitors can see them working.
There will be robots, metal-cutting tools, welding equipment and more.
The show is so big that there will be about 18,500 square metres of space full of machines.
People from seven different states in India are coming to take part.
There is a special area where visitors can watch smart factory machines working in real life.
Grown-ups who sign up online can visit the show for free.
The show helps people learn how factories make things using computers and robots.
HIMTEX 2026, the 9th edition of the Hyderabad International Machine Tool & Engineering Expo, runs 20-24 August at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad with 350+ exhibitors.
The show features 1,000+ live machines across 18,500 sqm, making it the largest HIMTEX edition staged so far.
Exhibitors are travelling in from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Punjab.
The DiFact pavilion, built with knowledge partner Automation Industry Association (AIA), will feature live demos of turning and milling, CMM inspection, AMR-based material movement, cobot-assisted handling and machine monitoring dashboards.
HIMTEX 2026 is backed by the Ministry of MSME and the Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association, Rajkot; registration is free at www.himtex.in for visitors aged 18 and above.
