Red Dead Redemption Mobile Release Announced with Undead Nightmare Expansion
Imagine your favorite cowboy game from a long time ago is getting a new life!
Rockstar Games is bringing the original Red Dead Redemption, including its spooky zombie expansion called Undead Nightmare, to phones and new game consoles on December 2, 2025.
If you already own it on older PlayStation or Switch, you can get the new version for free, and your game progress will be saved.
People who subscribe to Netflix will also get to play it without paying extra.
The new versions will look and play better, with smoother graphics and special features for each device.
You'll get to play the whole story, but not with other people online.
It's like getting a brand-new adventure in an old, beloved world!
Red Dead Redemption and its Undead Nightmare expansion are coming to mobile and current-gen consoles on December 2, 2025.
The game will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, iOS, Android, and Netflix Games.
Existing owners on PS4, Switch, or Xbox One can upgrade for free, with save data transfer for PlayStation and Nintendo.
The release includes the full single-player campaign, Game of the Year Edition content, and the Undead Nightmare expansion.
Online multiplayer will not be included in this release.
