Andhra Pradesh Approves Nandi Awards Ceremony for Pending Years

The Andhra Pradesh government has approved ceremonies for giving out Nandi Awards.

Some of these awards have been waiting since 2012.

Awards for 2012-2016 are planned for Vijayawada in November 2026.

The event is also expected to announce winners for later years.

The order mentions awards from 2017-2024 and 2025.

It also calls for committees to choose winners.

Television awards will be given at a separate event in Tirupati in December.

The order contains a discrepancy because it lists the jury period as 2017-2014 while separately referring to 2017-2024.
