CM Revanth Reddy to Visit UK, US From Aug 19

The leader of a state in India called Telangana is going on a trip to two faraway countries, the United Kingdom and the United States.

His name is A. Revanth Reddy, and his title is Chief Minister.

He is visiting famous schools, like Oxford and Harvard, to see how they teach and train students.

He wants to bring those good ideas back to Telangana so children and young people there get better chances.

He will also visit sports centres to learn how athletes are trained.

The trip was first planned to include China and Germany and last until September 10, but it was made shorter.

Now it ends on August 30, because he needs to be back for a meeting of the state government in September.

The world of work is changing because of artificial intelligence and computers.

He wants to find out what new skills young people will need for future jobs.

He will also talk about agreements with universities so Telangana students can study abroad.
