The seizure follows a July 29 recovery of 12,400 gelatin sticks, 800 kg ammonium nitrate and detonators in Lakhnamara village, Nalhati Block.
West Bengal Police's intelligence wing had increased surveillance after arrests linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed, the Shahzad Bhatti Network, and an ISI-linked Pakistani national.
