The buyers can receive interest if the builder pays late.

The buyers said an open gym, open amphitheatre and badminton court promised during the sale were not provided.
The facilities were reportedly shown in the project brochure, allotment letters and sale agreements.
Karnataka RERA treated the missing amenities as misrepresentation and ordered ₹10 lakh compensation for each buyer.
The authority also cited concerns about the compound wall, a borewell and poorly maintained sewage and water treatment plants.
