Rajasthan Approves ₹5,184-Crore Drinking Water Projects

The Rajasthan government has started two big projects to bring clean drinking water to many homes.

These projects will cost a lot of money and will be built in four districts: Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar, and Baran.

The first project, called Navnera, will build things like pump houses and water tanks to give water to 1,13,287 homes.

The second project, called Parvan Akawad, will build similar things to give water to 1,52,437 homes.

Both projects should be finished by August 2027.

These projects are part of a bigger plan to bring water to eastern Rajasthan.
