Now, you can do all this right inside AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

This means you don't have to switch between different apps.

You can simply type what you want, like 'ingredients for Thai green curry' or 'highly rated biryani,' and the AI will take care of the rest.

It will search for options, add them to your cart, apply any coupons, confirm your address, and even track your order.

Swiggy also offers a service called Instamart, which has over 40,000 products.

The technology that makes this possible is called Model Context Protocol (MCP).

It's like a bridge that lets AI assistants connect to live services and complete tasks for you.

To use this feature, you need to add a custom connector in the settings of your AI assistant, like ChatGPT, and provide the URL for the service you want to integrate.
