The crash killed four people, including a child, and hurt ten more.

Two adults and a child were taken to the hospital.

Russian governor Veniamin Kondratyev said the attack was a tragedy and that it aimed at civilian buildings.

Russian authorities sent a medical team to help, but Ukraine has not commented yet.
