CBSE Announces Fresh Class 12 Exams Amid West Asia Crisis
Some Class 12 students in West Asian countries could not take their normal 2026 board exams.
The Central Board of Secondary Education had used an assessment scheme to give them results.
Now, the Board will let eligible students take the missed exams again.
These exams will cover only subjects whose original tests were not held.
Students must already have been registered for the 2026 exams.
They must also have received results through the assessment scheme.
Students can choose which eligible subjects to take.
Their new marks will replace their old results.
The exams will be held in seven countries, and students must submit forms between September 22 and 26, 2026.
The Central Board of Secondary Education will hold fresh Class 12 exams for eligible students in seven West Asian countries.
The exams cover 40 subjects—20 academic and 20 skill subjects—whose original 2026 exams could not be conducted.
Eligible regular and private candidates must have received results under CBSE’s assessment scheme.
Students may choose subjects, but fresh-exam results will replace their earlier results and become final.
Forms must be submitted from September 22 to 26, 2026; no examination fee will be charged.
