Tendenthoi Devi Haobijam is an Indian rower preparing for her second Asian Games.

She will race in the women’s coxless four.

This boat has four rowers who have practiced together for a long time.

Their shared training has helped them understand one another better.

They also trained in Australia and Europe and competed against international crews.

These experiences taught them how to handle pressure.

Tendenthoi says she feels much more confident than she did at her first Asian Games.

Tendenthoi began rowing after growing up near Loktak Lake in a fisherman's family.
