Five booked for fake orders in Kashmir Education Department
In Kashmir, five people were accused of creating fake documents to get jobs as teachers.
They made up transfer and appointment orders with fake signatures and numbers.
The police found out that these orders were not real and that the three people who tried to get jobs had never been appointed before.
Two of the accused helped make the fake documents.
The case was taken to court for a decision.
Five persons were booked for creating fake appointment, transfer, and relieving orders in the Education Department in Kashmir.
The accused include Nisar Ahmad Bhat, Shakir Gull, Sheikh Ruhail Ahmad, Mohammad Ayaz Rather, and Tanveer Ahmad Rather.
The fraud involved forged signatures, order numbers, and dispatch/endorsement numbers on the orders.
The investigation found that the three individuals who tried to secure teaching positions had never been appointed in the Education Department.
Bhat and Gull acted as facilitators, arranging the means to fabricate and print the forged documents.
