Goldman Sachs Buys FirstCry Stake as TPG Exits Investment
Goldman Sachs bought a large group of shares in Brainbees Solutions, the company behind FirstCry.
It paid ₹175 for each of 68 lakh shares.
The purchase was worth about ₹119 crore.
At the same time, TPG sold all of its FirstCry shares for about ₹202 crore.

FirstCry’s share price moved between ₹181.55 and ₹177 during the day.
Analysts said the share price is still falling overall.
They identified ₹200–205 as a level that may be difficult for the stock to cross and ₹160–165 as an important support range.
