Netanyahu rejects Trump's 15-point Gaza plan, refuses withdrawal
There is a place called Gaza where a big fight has been going on.
The leader of Israel is a man named Benjamin Netanyahu, and the president of the United States is Donald Trump.
President Trump has a group called the Board of Peace that made a plan with 15 steps to help stop the fighting.
The plan says that Hamas, the group fighting Israel, must give up its weapons, and then Israeli soldiers would leave Gaza step by step.
Hamas said yes to the plan last month, and Mr. Trump said it was a big breakthrough.
But Mr. Netanyahu said no — Israel does not accept the plan.
He said Israeli soldiers will not leave Gaza until Hamas gives up all its weapons for real, not just pretend.
He also said Israel is still talking with American leaders and that some of their ideas are okay and some are not.
The war started in October 2023 when Hamas attacked Israel, and many people have been hurt since then.

Netanyahu said Israel acted forcefully in Lebanon, eliminating terrorists including at the Ali al-Taher ridge, and repeated that Iran will not acquire nuclear weapons while he is prime minister.
