DAVV CUET-UG counselling for 600+ vacant seats begins August 7
A university in Indore, India, called DAVV, wants to fill empty seats in its courses.
Students who took a big exam called CUET-UG can now try to get into these courses.
More than 600 seats in 31 different courses are still open.
The university is holding a second round of counselling from August 7 to 10.
For the very first time, students can get seats in the five-year Integrated MBA programme.
There are 60 seats for different student groups and 6 more for students who need financial help.
Some students must come to the university in person to choose their seats and show their documents.
About 5,300 students applied, and a list was made based on their test scores.
Students on the list can pick a course that still has open seats.
DAVV Indore begins the second round of CUET-UG counselling on August 7 to fill more than 600 vacant seats across 31 courses.
For the first time, seats are being allotted in IMS's five-year Integrated MBA programme, with 60 General/SC/ST/OBC and 6 EWS seats.
Counselling runs from August 7 to 10, with Group B shortlisted students and IIPS applicants required to attend offline with document verification.
A merit list based on CUET-UG scores of around 5,300 applicants has been prepared, including 4,800 first-round registrations and 500 new applications.
Largest vacant seat counts include 60 in Integrated MBA, 34 in MBA Foreign Trade, 29 each in MSc Electronic Media and BCom Logistics, and 27 each in MBA Tourism, BSW and BPharma.
