Madhya Pradesh VVIP Jet Set to Arrive After Pilot Training
Madhya Pradesh bought a new private jet for important government trips.
The jet is called a Challenger 3500 and cost more than ₹230 crore.
Two pilots are training in the United States to fly it.
One pilot works for the government, while the other was hired.
Their training is expected to finish on September 20.
They will then fly the jet to Madhya Pradesh.
The plane will stay at a hangar in Bhopal.

Two Madhya Pradesh pilots began U.S. training on August 6 to operate the state’s Challenger 3500 jet.
Training is scheduled to conclude on September 20, after which the pilots will fly the jet to Madhya Pradesh.
The state purchased the aircraft from Canadian company Bombardier for more than ₹230 crore.
The jet will be based at the state hangar in Bhopal and used for VVIP travel, including Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.
Madhya Pradesh must obtain Directorate General of Civil Aviation permission before putting the aircraft into service.
