Four Killed in Lightning Strikes Across Jharkhand

Lightning is a giant spark of electricity that flashes in the sky during storms.

Sometimes, lightning can be very dangerous to people who are outside.

In a place called Jharkhand in India, lightning hit four people.

Sadly, all four of them died because of the lightning.

Two of the people who died were men and two were women.

Three of the deaths happened in a district called Hazaribag.

One death happened in a district called Chatra.

Some of the people were working in a paddy field when the lightning struck.

One young man was traveling from a market to his village when he got struck.

Police told people about these sad events the next day.
