DU Extends Postgraduate Spot Round 1 Deadline to August 8

A big college called the University of Delhi is helping students get into its programs.

It has changed the schedule for one round of admissions, called Spot Round 1.

This is for students who want to study for a master's degree after finishing college.

Teachers at the university will check and approve online application forms until the evening of August 7, 2026.

Students who get a seat have until the evening of August 8, 2026 to pay the admission fee.

The university gave more time because some departments needed extra time to finish checking applications.

The university also shared a new list of seats for a special group called Children/Widows (CW).

This list tells students in that group whether they got a place in a two-year program.

Students should check the admission website to see if they are on the list and finish their paperwork on time.
