IHC-ICPR Study Circle Explores Kashmir Shaivism
The India Habitat Centre and the Indian Council of Philosophical Research held a lecture about a special kind of Indian philosophy called Kashmir Shaivism.
A professor from Jawaharlal Nehru University talked about how this philosophy sees the whole universe as one living thing.
He said it mixes old books and spiritual practice.
Another guest, Dr. Raj Nehru, compared ideas from this philosophy to modern science and business.

The event highlighted Kashmir Shaivism as a non‑anthropocentric worldview integrating scripture and practice.
Dr. Raj Nehru connected Kashmiri Shaiva concepts to quantum physics and modern management.
The lecture attracted scholars, students, and enthusiasts of Indian philosophy.
