MSNBC Hires Editors, Prepares for Versant Split
MSNBC is getting ready to become a new company called Versant.
To help with this change, they're hiring two new editors in Washington, D.C. Rachel Van Dongen will be the boss of news content, and Zack Stanton will be her deputy.
Both will help MSNBC create more original news reports.
The company is also hiring lots of other people in news, digital, and audio.
This all part of the plan to build MSNBC into a strong, independent news source as it separates from Comcast.
