Women Arrested After Purse Theft at Delhi Shawl Shop
Three women were accused of stealing a purse from a shopper in Delhi.
The incident happened on August 31 at a clothes shop on Janpath Road.
The shopper was looking at clothes with some foreign visitors.
She briefly took out her purse and then left her bag open on a table.
One woman, Bindiya, pretended to be a customer and took the purse.
She hid it under her scarf-like dupatta.
Neelam and Kaali helped by waiting inside and outside the shop.
Delhi Police arrested all three women on September 4.

Police said Bindiya Sisodiya posed as a customer and took the purse from the woman’s open bag.
Neelam allegedly waited inside the shop while Kaali waited outside during the theft.
The three women fled after exchanging signals and leaving the shop.
