The school offers a 3.5-month Foundation Programme and a 6.5-month Diploma Programme.
Courses cover French pastries, breads, viennoiserie, chocolate, confectionery, desserts and professional kitchen practices.
The Diploma Programme includes entrepreneurship, business management, advanced techniques and industry exposure.
ISFBP offers conditional City & Guilds accreditation, placement assistance and one-day and three-day masterclasses.
