IPO Fundraising Hits Record Rs 94,205 Crore in H1FY27
Companies raised a record amount of money by selling shares to the public in the first half of FY27.
They collected Rs 94,205 crore through initial public offerings, or IPOs.
This was 35 percent more than the previous record.
The earlier record was Rs 69,533 crore raised by 65 IPOs.
The fundraising happened even though the year began slowly.
