Neolite ZKW Lightings Files ₹600-Crore IPO Draft Papers

Neolite ZKW Lightings, a company that makes lights for cars, has asked for permission to raise ₹600 crore through an IPO.

This money will help them build new factories, buy equipment, pay off debts, and grow their business.

The company has been around since 1992 and makes lights for big car companies like BMW and Audi.

They sell their products in more than 50 countries and have factories in Haryana and Maharashtra.

In the last financial year, they made ₹512 crore in revenue and a profit of ₹53 crore.

The IPO will include new shares worth ₹400 crore and existing shares worth ₹200 crore that some of the company's owners will sell.

They also have an option to raise an additional ₹75 crore before the IPO.
