Fake Doctor Arrested in Gurugram Village After Joint Raid
A man named Mukesh Kumar was pretending to be a doctor.
He was treating patients at a small clinic in Binola village, near Gurugram in India.
But he did not have a licence or a medical degree.
Police officers and health officials got a tip about him.
They visited his clinic, called Saini Clinic, and found him taking care of patients.
When they asked to see his documents, he could not show any.
The team found beds, medicines, needles, a stethoscope and other medical supplies at the clinic.
They also found a stamp that doctors use, even though he was not a real doctor.
The police arrested him and filed a case against him.
Being a fake doctor is dangerous because it can harm people's health.
Mukesh Kumar, a man allegedly practising without a medical licence, was arrested in Binola village, Gurugram, during a joint raid by the CM Flying Squad and the Health Department.
The team found Kumar treating patients at Saini Clinic, and he could not produce a degree or licence when asked.
Authorities seized three beds, medical equipment, medicines, used syringes and needles, prescription slips, lab reports, a clinic register and a doctor's stamp.
An FIR was registered at Bilaspur police station under section 34 of the NMC Act and sections 125 and 318(4) of the BNS.
Officials said the fake doctor was allegedly providing treatment without a licence, endangering public health.
