Police are investigating a suspected leak of Maharashtra’s teacher eligibility exam paper.

They say the leak was discovered on June 27, one day before the exam.

Officers seized four sets of papers and later confirmed they matched the real exam paper.

The exam planned for June 28 was postponed.

Police say two workers at a printing press in Agra hid papers in their shoes and carried them out.

The workers were allegedly paid Rs 8,000 each.

Two more suspects, Prakash Misal and Ashok Sav, have now been arrested.

This brings the number of arrested people named in the chargesheet to 18.

Investigators are checking phones, money transfers, and possible buyers to understand how the alleged network worked.
