India and Saudi Arabia reaffirm defence strategic partnership

India and Saudi Arabia talked about working more closely on defence.

The meeting took place in Riyadh between Indian Ambassador Vipul and Saudi official Khaled bin Hussain Al Biyari.

They also discussed events happening in the region.

Both sides said they want to make their relationship stronger.

Earlier, Indian minister Kirti Vardhan Singh visited Saudi Arabia.

He spoke with Saudi officials about climate action, the environment and jobs.

He also met Indian workers and members of the Indian community.

Singh thanked them for helping build stronger ties between the two countries.
