IndiGo, Air India Express Among Low Carbon Emitting Airlines

Cirium looked at how much carbon dioxide each airline releases for every seat it has available.

Wizz Air is the best, and IndiGo and Air India Express are also doing well.

These airlines use newer planes that burn less fuel and pack more people into each plane, so they make less carbon dioxide per person.

The study considered factors like plane efficiency, how many seats are on board, and the airline's route planning.
