Karimnagar Engineers Celebrate Visvesvaraya’s 165th Birth Anniversary with Events
Engineers in Karimnagar celebrated Engineers’ Day on Monday.
The event honored Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya on his 165th birth anniversary.
Visvesvaraya was remembered for helping India develop through engineering projects.
The celebration took place at the Karimnagar District Zilla Parishad premises.
Engineers played cricket, chess and shuttle badminton.
Winners received trophies and mementoes.
Some district engineers were also honored with appreciation certificates.
Officials placed flowers in tribute to Visvesvaraya.
The programme was organised by engineers from the Panchayat Raj Karimnagar Region.
