NEET UG 2026 Seat Withdrawal Opens for Rounds 1–2
The Medical Counselling Committee has allowed some NEET UG 2026 candidates to give up their seats.
This applies to seats given in counselling Rounds 1 and 2.
Candidates must have accepted the seat and joined the institution.
They must also have chosen either Freeze or Float when accepting it.
Freeze candidates must complete the resignation process at their college or institution.
Eligible Float candidates can withdraw through the MCC website.
