Senores Pharma to Acquire Apnar Pharma
Senores Pharmaceuticals, a company based in Gujarat, India, is buying all of Apnar Pharma, another pharmaceutical company also based in Gujarat.
The deal is worth ₹91 crore, which includes ₹76 crore in debt and liabilities and ₹15 crore in cash.
The cash will be paid in two parts, with the first part due by March 2026 and the second part by the second quarter of the next financial year.
Apnar Pharma makes generic medicines and has a factory near Vadodara that is approved by the US FDA, UK-MHRA, and Health Canada.
