NTPC has started a three-month campaign about doing work honestly and fairly.

The campaign will run from 17 August to 16 November 2026.

It was launched in New Delhi by Rashmita Jha, NTPC’s Chief Vigilance Officer.

Its theme is “Probity for Prosperity,” which means honesty can help create progress.

The campaign will work on handling complaints and cases that are still pending.

It will also include training, digital improvements and better contract management.

NTPC plans to involve more volunteers, especially women from Self-Help Groups.

Officials asked employees to set a good example through ethical behavior.
