Skeet shooter Raiza Dhillon to debut at Asian Games 2026

Raiza Dhillon is a young sport shooter from India.

She is 22 years old and comes from a family where guns were always part of home life.

Her father asked her to try shooting just for fun, and she ended up loving it.

She first learned to shoot with rifles and switched to skeet shooting in 2019.

In skeet shooting, athletes use shotguns to hit clay targets flying through the air.

Raiza competed in the Paris Olympics and finished 23rd.

Now she has been picked for the Indian team for the Asian Games in Japan in September.

This will be her first Asian Games.

She will compete in the women's skeet events alongside two other Indian shooters.

Her parents and the camps arranged by the national shooting federation have helped her improve.
