India's MEA thanks several nations for warm Independence Day wishes

India has a special day every year called Independence Day, when it celebrates becoming a free country.

This year is the 80th time India celebrates this special day.

Many other countries wanted to say 'happy birthday' to India on this day.

Romania remembered a special visit by India's President, Droupadi Murmu.

Albania said it is opening a new office, called an embassy, in India's capital city.

India said it hopes to become even better friends with all these countries in the future.
