Madhya Pradesh plans to build a new Tribal Art Centre in Umaria.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced the idea during a visit in December 2023.

The government has now provided land and money for the project.

The centre will be built on 2.5 acres of land.

It will show visitors the traditions and daily life of the Gond, Baiga and Kol communities.

The centre will be near Bandhavgarh National Park.

Officials hope it will attract wildlife tourists and help people learn about tribal culture.

Construction is expected to take about two years.
