MCEME Secunderabad Hosts Award Ceremony for TES-46 Officer Cadets
Imagine a special party at a military school called MCEME in Secunderabad.
This party was to give awards to cadets, like students training to be army officers.
Twenty-three cadets, including two from the country of Bhutan, were celebrated.
A high-ranking officer, Lt Gen Neeraj Varshney, gave out medals and special banners to cadets who did really well in their studies, sports, and army training.
He told the cadets that their hard training had prepared them to be leaders.
He also encouraged them to be smart with new technology for future battles and to always work hard.
The parents of the cadets were there to see them receive their awards and celebrate becoming future army officers.
The Award Distribution Ceremony for Officer Cadets of Technical Entry Scheme (TES) Course No 46 was held at MCEME, Secunderabad.
A total of 23 cadets, including two from the Royal Bhutan Army, participated in the event.
Lt Gen Neeraj Varshney felicitated cadets with medals and distinctions for outstanding performance in academics, sports, and military training.
Wing Cadet Adjutant Akhilesh Dhayani received the GOC-in-C ARTRAC Gold Medal, and Platoon Cadet Captain Tenzin Dorji from Bhutan received the Gold Medal for Best in Outdoor Training.
The Commandant encouraged cadets to embrace hard work, delayed gratification, and technological advancements in warfare.
