Assam CM Declares Zubeen Garg's Death Murder
Zubeen Garg, a famous singer, died on September 19, 2025, in Singapore.
At first, people thought it was an accident because he drowned while swimming.

He explained that the Assam Police started investigating right away and found out it was not an accident.
They even asked the court to add a special rule (Section 103) that makes it a murder case.
Seven people, including Zubeen's manager, bandmates, and the organizer of a festival he was attending, have been arrested.
The police are still investigating and will give their full report by December 8.
The Singapore Police are also looking into it but haven't found any bad things yet.
The Chief Minister said the reason for the murder will surprise everyone in the state.
