Uniting Voices' India Tour Bridges Cultures Through Music
A group of young singers from America went on a special trip to India.
The group is called Uniting Voices, and it brings kids from different backgrounds together to sing.
On the trip, they performed at a club in Mumbai, a big city in India.
They also spent a week in Panchgani, working closely with Indian artists.
Then they traveled to Dharamshala, a town in the mountains.

The choir performed at the Willingdon Club in Mumbai and held a week-long residency in Panchgani, Maharashtra.
The tour concluded in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, with performances at two Tibetan schools and a meeting with the Dalai Lama.
President Josephine Lee, an Emmy-winning, Grammy-nominated conductor, said the trip was designed to invite introspection, reflection and wisdom.
Founded in 1956 during the Civil Rights movement, Uniting Voices serves nearly 4,000 young people aged six to 18 each year.
