Hyderabad Prepares for El Niño Impact

In Hyderabad, the minister Ponnam Prabhakar has asked everyone to plan ahead for the problems that El Niño might cause, like less rain.

He wants to make sure people have enough drinking water, reliable electricity, and good health care.

The minister also wants to save groundwater and collect rainwater.

He even told government offices to set up rainwater pits to show others how it's done.

Other officials were there too, and they all agreed that water is very important now, so they need to stop wasting it.
